The Cleveland Cavaliers, often referred to as the Cavs, began play as an expasion team in 1970. LeBron James led them to win the 2016 NBA Championship along with Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving. Through the years the Cavs fan favorites and greats have included LeBron James, Mark Price, Ron Harper, Larry Nance and Brad Daugherty to name a few.
